To fully prepare your trade show participation, we offer a range of useful tools on this page. For example, you can use promotional visuals, the online exhibitor platform My Easyfairs to share information with visitors and additional useful information for during the trade show.
My Easyfairs
Did you know that the exhibitor page is the most visited page? Makes sense! It is therefore the place where potential visitors prepare to visit the trade show.
The information that you place on the My Easyfairs online exhibitor platform also appears directly on the exhibitor page and other pages (e.g. innovations). It is therefore important to fill in the necessary information as attractively and completely as possible.
The online exhibitor portal
My Easyfairs is the web platform that helps you prepare your participation at Futurebuild, invite visitors, promote your participation and arrange practical matters (such as ordering material, electricity, lighting, etc.).
Tip! Be sure to mention in the first few sentences of the description (see topic: booth information – company description) why your product or company deserves a spot on Futurebuild! (sustainability factor)

- Increase your online visibility by completing the information in the ‘Manage Profile’ section on: My Easyfairs (the login you received on behalf of Easyfairs after your registration. Didn’t receive your login? Click on “forgot password” contact us.
- What can you add? Think about what makes your product/service/innovation so sustainable, but also your stand name, website, address, company description, video, social media and logo. You can also give colleagues access to your account.
- Furthermore, you can also add news, products/services/innovations and vacancies.

Promote your participation
Getting as many (potential) contacts and quality visitors to your stand as possible is what it’s all about.
And as an organizer, we do everything in our power to help you do just that.
Personalized invitation cards
You will find 150 free, personalized invitation cards in the exhibitor package you will receive 3 months before the trade show. Distribute these to your network during a customer visit, in your showroom(s), during events, etc. Need more? Contact us.
Personal registration link
On My Easyfairs you will find a personal registration link under the heading ‘Invite customers’. Use this in your various online communication channels (email, newsletter, social media posts, etc.).
Through My Easyfairs you can see at any time how many and who registered with your ticket link.
Banner
Under the “View Documents” section you will find several banners. You can place these ready-made communication tools in your newsletter, your email signature or on your website. Be sure to use them for your upcoming social media posts as well. Combine this with your personal invitation link!
Invite clients
Not enough time to send out invitations yourself? We will gladly take over from you! Make use of our free invitation service: we’ll send an email invitation on your behalf. Go to ‘invite customers’ on My Easyfairs and provide us with your contact list (GDPR-proof). You can also track who has registered via My Easyfairs ‘Invite Customers’.

Then be sure to use our handy tools at the trade show!
Smart Badge
As an exhibitor, you will receive a Badge reader that is best placed in a highly visible location on your stand. Interested visitors will scan your reader with their Smart Badge. Within 24 hours, these visitors will automatically receive all the information you have uploaded on your My Easyfairs profile.
Don’t forget to link your badge reader. You can do this in the ‘Generate leads’ section on My Easyfairs.
You as an exhibitor will also receive the details of the visitors who have touched your reader. Consult the section ‘Follow up performances’ on My Easyfairs.
Visit Connect
With Visit Connect you can scan the QR code on the visitor badge with your smartphone or tablet.
On this platform you can add additional information that can be useful for internal use after the trade show.
You can collect information about the visitor.
Afterwards you can download all this information, see section “Performance tracking – Visit Connect”on My Easyfairs.
