Your role
– You work closely with the designing architect. You help him with all technical and financial issues, so that he can fully focus on the design.
– At the start of the project, the designer is in charge. From the tender dossier phase, you take over the steering wheel. We do think it is important to complete the entire journey together.
– You manage a multidisciplinary team and are the driving force behind successful collaboration.
– Communication within the project team is in your hands. Streamlining it as well.
What do we expect from you?*
You are proficient in French – both spoken and written – and also speak fluent Dutch.
You can demonstrate at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Working in a multidisciplinary team is your strong point. A coordinating role suits you like a glove.
You like to be on site and take pride in your work.
You have a healthy interest in financial, legal and contractual project matters.
You have technical knowledge of building materials.
You are familiar with the applicable regulations and standards. Fear not, you can count on the support of a large team of architects and experts.
